• IN STOCK items will be processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via FedEx 2-Day with adult signature required. 
• MADE TO ORDER items will ship within 4 to 6 weeks via FedEx 2-Day with adult signature required.

Note - If non-fine jewelry is purchased in the same order as MF Fine jewelry, the non-fine jewelry will ship separately using our free standard shipping option.

• IN STOCK items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will automatically be deducted from any refund back to the original payment method, however this fee is waived if you choose to receive store credit instead or initiate an exchange.
• MADE TO ORDER items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

To begin your return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at customercare@mirandafrye.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any items shipped back without an RA number will not be accepted.

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Free of any signs of wear or damage
• Returned with all original tags still attached
• Returned in all original packaging

Once your return is received, please allow 72 hours for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
