Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit. Please note that items returned without a security tag will not be accepted.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your order date. We are happy to offer one free exchange per item. For any subsequent exchanges on the same item, an exchange fee of $12.95 will apply.

Please note that your RA (Return Authorization) number is valid for 10 days from the date it is issued. When shipping your return, please include the following inside your package:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Your RA number
• Your item securely packaged in a padded envelope

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be processed.
